Sales Director

Location: US (Remote)

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure that targets allocated to the Pods are achieved both on an individual and team basis.
• Day to day management of 10-15 Enterprise Account Executives in the region.
• Define, develop and manage relationships with key individuals in the customer base and ensure the relationship with contacts are maintained at all levels.
• Develop and implement strategies that deliver on the sales objectives.
• Actively contribute information relating to sales and prospecting activities through regular feedback and sales and operational meetings.
• Continuous participation in Connex One product updates and sales training.
• Monitor and report on sales activities for Executive and Management teams.
• Regularly update forecasts and Salesforce.
• Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales.
• Knowledge of the enterprise market within North American market, ideally in Customer Experience (CX) domain.
• SaaS/tech sales management & deal closing experience.
• CCaaS sales background experience preferred.
• Track record of success driving revenue growth and increasing profitability.
• Experience and understanding of sales strategies and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills.
